Yes. We conduct a full in-person technical survey at your domestic or commercial premises at zero cost and with no obligation. We assess room dimensions, heat loads, electrical connection requirements, and pipework routes before issuing a fixed-price written quotation valid for 30 days.
We install high-efficiency wall-mounted splits, ceiling cassettes, ducted concealed units, and multi-split systems for commercial premises, offices, retail spaces, and homes. All systems are modern air-to-air heat pumps that provide both powerful summer cooling and economical winter heating.
A standard single-room split installation is typically completed in 1 day. Multi-room domestic or small commercial systems generally take 2 to 3 days. For commercial premises, we offer out-of-hours and weekend installations to eliminate disruption to your staff and customers.
Yes. Modern split systems are air-to-air heat pumps, so the same unit that cools a room in summer can heat it efficiently in winter.
Modern wall-mounted units are very quiet, with many running at around 19 dB on their lowest setting. We recommend units suited to bedrooms and quiet spaces during your survey.
Often you won’t, but it depends on your property, for example if it’s listed or in a conservation area, and on where the outdoor unit goes. We’ll talk this through during your survey.
A like-for-like boiler swap is usually completed in a day. Moving the boiler or changing the system type takes longer, and we’ll give you a clear timescale with your quote.
